The number of sessions you will require will depend on the issues and goals you want to achieve.

Some people require as few as 6 sessions to experience a shift in their mood or to solve their issues. However, most people will require at least 10 sessions to achieve real change, and some people with chronic and/or complex issues will require more.
We usually start with weekly sessions and then depending on progress, sessions may be extended to fortnightly or monthly intervals.
