Location
We are located at Suite 103, 283 Alfred Street
North Sydney. The building is on the eastern side of the expressway at the end of Mount St. It is a low-rise beige building next to the high-rise "SBS on Demand" white building (the old "Bayer" building).

*Note that currently there are roadworks in front of the building due to the expressway upgrade.
Whilst there can be a lot of activity outside, rest assured that once inside, the therapy room is calm, inviting, and has natural greenery outlook.
How to get there
Via train - get off at North Sydney station. From Blue Street, walk north along Walker Street, turn right into Mount Street and follow it over expressway.
Via Metro - alight at Victoria Cross Station, walk down Mount St.​
Via bus - from the north, alight at Miller Street. From south/Harbour Bridge, alight at Blue Street, outside North Sydney station.
Parking
Street parking is available in the backstreets around and behind the building. You can access the surrounding streets via Whaling Rd where there are a few 1hr free spots and metered parking at around $4 per hour. There is currently no parking outside the building on Alfred street due to roadworks.
